Parking
Lowell has multiple parking facilities within walking distance of WinterFest. The closest facilities are Leo A. Roy Parking Garage (Market Street) and Joseph M. Downes Parking Garage (John Street).
No parking will be allowed on Middle, Palmer, and Shattuck Streets beginning at 8AM on Thursday, February 26, 2026 through late Saturday, February 28.
No parking will be allowed on Merrimack Street beginning at 8AM on Thursday, February 26, 2026 through late Sunday, March 1.
